Client rights

If you are not satisfied with the service, every client of KAM-Invest LLC has the right to file a complaint with the Company. The procedure and time frame for filing and consideration of complaints are defined in the Company's Customer Complaint Procedure.

The client can submit his complaint in writing and deliver it in person or send it by mail at the KAM-Invest office. Any individual has the opportunity to make claims arising from the transaction concluded between the Company and the Client.

This service is provided free of charge. The deadline is the 3rd business day after receipt of the written application, unless another deadline has been established for the provision of this information.
